My Learning Style--1st time writing
Learning styles are related to personal habits, experiences, preferences. To be more exact, learning styles are usually classified into six types- visual style, auditory style, kinesthetic style, tactile style, group style and individual style, Base on my preferences, my learning style is most likely to be the individual style for some reasons below.
First, I am an independent learner. When I get the wrong answers to questions, such as math. I always try to solve them by myself. I do not go straight to ask others because to know the answers immediately will probably limit my thinking. I prefer to read books or study alone. I do not study in the library when there are a lot of people. I prefer not to be disturbed.
Second, choosing suitable learning methods based on my learning style helps me learn faster and more efficiently. I used to study in the library with my friends during the junior high, but now I increase more private time for studying and not waste time chatting with friends. Also preview before class and then, I can digest the contents of lessons quickly. In addition, I try to be composed when I make mistakes. I will not give up until I find the correct answers. Through these changes, obviously my learning become more effective, and grades have improved.
