school activities

 When in school, I have been an ordinary student on study but have excellent performences on school activities. I join the Media Communication club and Student Union this semester. Although school activities take up most of my time, I think it's worthwile. For instance, I am one of the leaders in the Student Union. I was nervous at first and had no ideas about how to get along well with my teammates, didn’t even know how to perform well in the group. However everything negative is always an opptunity to try. I spent days to think of ways to solve the problems. First, I try to find answers by myself. To read papers, search for information online…etc, but I realized that was not enough at all. Next, I dared to ask senior students about questions I didn’t understand and not to be afraid to express my opinions on conferences. I think that was a big challenge for me. I was too shy to speak in public before, but now I feel confident to tell everyone what I think. I also participated in different kinds of contests,such as getting in French singing contest, foot races, citizen project competition. I met lots of good teammates; everyone contributed themselves to what they were good at. During the process, we not only learn the advantages of others but also gain unforgettable experiences with new friends. I truly appreciate Wenzao offer us lots of opportunities to explore ourselves and develop our interests. From school activities, you can learn how to build relationship and gain special skills that can enable you to wherever you want to be in the future.

Being an exchange student has always been the No.1 on my dream list. There are many reasons why I want to be an exchange student: to broaden my vision, to meet awesome new friends, to experience different education system and living habits, to discover interesting little new things, to share smile to the world,0 in the meantime, spread out all the fantasies in Taiwan. Also, I believe “now” is the perfect time for me to study aboard. I should be brave to do incredible things when I am young and energetic. However, being an exchange student may not be as wonderful as we imagine. I am pleased to take it as a challenge and give it a try. Because I know that will certainly be an unforgettable experience in life and something I will never regret doing. “You only get one life, so it is actually your duty to live it as fully as possible.”I always keep that in mind.
